I have cropped a little and added toning and contrast. I think it adds a different slant to the image - though not necessarily better.

Hello Mates & Buddies,
I am currently holding Indian Citizenship and planning to file my H1 on Indian passport.
But at this year end I am also planning to take my Australian Citizenship.
So could anyone please suggest or share his experience whether transferring H1 on totally new citizenship is possible or not ? if yes then what's the way ?
And does anyone has any experience or knowledge of E3 (Australian Work visa to USA).
Thank in advance !!!
Always,
Nirms
Are you planning to shift the H1 to a different citizenship for retrogression based issues ?? if so, i dont think there would be any advantage as Green Card Quota's are based on "Country of Birth" and not citizenship..

USCIS has recently published a new fact sheet of common questions and answers for members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families. (http://www.californiaimmigrationlawyerblog.com/Immigration%20Information%20for%20Members%20of%20t he%20U.S.%20Armed%20Forces%20and%20their%20Familie s.pdf) The fact sheet contains the most frequently asked questions that USCIS receives.
The fact sheet is worth reading if you are in the Armed Forces because the answers to some of the questions are different (and usually more advantageous) to members and/or dependents of those in the Armed Forces. For instance, if you are a civilian, obtained your green card through a marriage to a U.S. Citizen and you have been married for less than two years, you must file Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence (http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=f858d59cb7a5d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCR D&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1 RCRD) to remove the conditional residence and obtain your permanent green card. You must file this form even if you intend on applying for citizenship a year later. (Persons who are married to U.S. citizens may apply for citizenship in three years.)
Members of the armed forces do not have to file Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence to remove conditional residence obtained through a marriage to a U.S. Citizen, if the foreign born spouse was inducted or enlisted in the military and is applying for naturalization based on qualifying military service. Thus, military personnel are permitted to "skip a step" and do not need to file form I-751.
Additional questions and answers and helpful email addresses to USCIS liaisons are included on the fact sheet.

Thanks to all the enthusiastic members who attended the call today(Feb 26th). The number of people who attended the call were far more than what we had expected. We hope you are now more convinced about Immigration Voice and it's cause.
As explained in the call, we do need more people to come forward and help us in many of the teams that we have. If you would like to work in any of the following teams, please send an email to the email id listed next to it.
1) Membership - jay@immigrationvoice.org
2) Meet the lawmakers - pratik@immigrationvoice.org , anurag@immigrationvoice.org
3) Publicity & Media - sunil@immigrationvoice.org
4) Liaison - aman@immigrationvoice.org , shilpa@immigrationvoice.org
Given the response that we had today, we will try to make this as a regular feature of Immigration Voice. And definitely with a better conference calling system.
Please let us know of your feedback here about the call and Thanks once again.

From the horse's mouth
"Adjustment applications and ancillary benefits The new application fee for an I-485 is a package fee that includes associated EAD and advance parole applications. Thus, if you file an I-485 with the fee listed above, while you will still need to submit applications for an EAD and advance parole, you will not need to pay a separate fee so long as your adjustment application is pending. However, if you filed your I-485 before this fee change, to apply for or renew your EAD or advance parole, you must file a new application with the new fee for those applications."
The new fee for I-485 is $1010 but you do not need to pay any additional fees for EAD/AP renewal for the duration of the application which is pretty good saving in my view if you are an indian with with a PD of say 2005 or later under current law.
For comparision purpose, the current fees structure would cost you $325 (for I-485 - one time fee) + $180 ( EAD - Yearly renewals) + $170 (AP - Yearly renewals).
After writing this email, I realised it could be a decent savings under the new system for ppl like me (India.. 2005 PD). I would have gone for it had the fees kicked in earlier than the current July 30th date. Oh well. I will rather file my I-485 and take the AC-21.

If you are in an apartment complex that offers cash bonus for referrals, ask the manager to apply it towards the rent and not give you a bonus. That way, it is not counted as income but a reduction in rent for the next month and avoids all taxation issues crap.

You can get your EB3 PD. Your lawer needs to write to the USCIS to port your PD. Attorney here would give you more details and wait for them to respond.
The OP cannot port his EB-3 PD in this case as his EB-3 I-140 was not filed/approved. One can only port an older PD if they have an approved I-140 with old PD. Just an approved LC with old PD won't help.

Is this for H1/H4/B1/B2 appointment?
Is so, then no need to worry about this. I had the same issue. Nothing has happened. They did not ask.

Those who are on h1 cannot do that as IV is not employer for H1b.
Who are on EAD and above line can do it.
Its my thought.

Answers:
1. Yes.
2. Yes.
3. No issues. You have approved I140, and using this you can get 3 year extension. But be careful to be discreet about the job change, because by any chance if your current employer revokes the I140, before your extension approval, you will be in trouble. (Because the basis for approval of beyond 7nth year extension is your approved I-140.)
1. Can I change my employer?
2. Can I retain my Priority date?
3. If the new employer files for transfer of H1, what does it mean to my extension beyond 7th year?
1. Yes.
