where we can paint that image placed in it.
Please help me how to fill a particular bounded area like a paint bucket in MSPAINT or in any other application.
example: for a mickey mouse image filling it's ear with black color instead of brushing..

I am Cross Charging and applying for AOS filing. While filing do I need to provide BONA FIDE copies of Marriage & Birth certifcates. ??
Its mentioned in the application right? You need to provide certified copies of marraige and birth certificates matching your application

Hi....
I am having a really emergry question that I need help on.
case:
My Husband was a F1 international student and his F1 service had stopped by his school, but his Visa( China) was expires on July, 2009. Couple months ago, he and I gets married and he is ready for file the green card. But his grandfather is very sick now and he have to go back immedately; however, he didn't file anything at this time. If he having a emergry that need to go back on June , what he can do now? And is he able to come back to US?

Hi guys,
MY H1b extn is due in November.But as my marriage will be in May or June i need to go to india.My employer says he can file h1 Extn only before 6 months of expiry.
My question is cant he file for H1B extn before 6 months.
Can I file for extn and leave to india while H1 extn is under process.
If i file under premium are there any disadvantages for it and how long it will take for it to approve.
The only reason iam planning to file h1b in 2-3 months from now is i dont have last 2months of paystubs as i was on vacation and other reason is my current project may be done in may or june.
So please advise me what is the best way to deal with the situation.

I have been a silent user of IV for a very long time. When the Action item came for FOIA, I was wondering why such important information is buried in several threads. Then I started looking around in the IV site and found Action Alert button in home page. I saw this button for the first time after using IV for months and months. I just jump into the forum and start reading. I believe this button is not so obvious and it doesn't grab attention.
I think Action Alert is the first thing that users should see, so that they can know what IV is doing and how they can contribute.

Hello,
Currently my 485 is pending over 1.5 years with I-140 approval (2007). I was laid-off. I have valid EAD card. Am I eligible to transfer to a TARP company for a similar position but in different state? Is there any specific policy or limitation for this work status? The company's HR couldn't make a decision. What should I do? Thank you very much for your kind and generous help.

I have applied for H1-B in India from Comany B in 2007 and got H1-B approved peititon.
Later on I got L1-A visa from my company A in Feb 2008 and came to USA on L1-A visa in Feb2008 and working for comany A till date on L1 visa.
Now I want to change my status from L1A to H1-B to join company C .
My H1 petition is valid till 2010 October. My questions are
1. Can I change my status from L1A to H1B any time before October 2010(H1b expiry date).
if not, How many months before I need to change from L1 to H1b before my H1b petition expires.
2. My current project is still ongoing till October,2010 and I am with L1 status. so Can I wait till October and then apply for change of status to join new company C on H1-B visa.
Need your help.

It was really a proud moment for me and my wife to be part of rally yesterday. I felt really good that i am trying to do something about the situation. Hats off to aman kapoor and other core members who are putting their heart and sould into this fight even though they have their green cards already. As per the message conveyed in rally our real work begins now as we have to educate the congress members about the differance of legal and illegal immigration process. we should also try to involve as many members as possible who were not able to attend the rally due to their personal situation to be active in this education process. again salute to aman kapoor and core member team.

I tried checking my I-485 status over phone. I called after hours. So it went to the automated message. Thought just to listen what the message says. It was something interesting. Thought to share with you. Do any of you have the same or similar experience?

Hello Everyone,
My wife is trying to process visitor Visa for her parents and she has a problem with her mothers name in the Passport as it reads just the short name instead of her Full name.
I'm wondering if the Affidavit would be sufficient while going for Visa or would this still be a problem?
If affidavit is sufficient, can someone please kindly share the sample affidavit if you have one?
Appreciate your immediate response...!
