I think we need better plan for fund requirement. How much is needed and where to be spent. This will give us better idea.
I agree with you on that, lets try to collect some money from the people who work and own BPO projects.
A lot if Indians are working in the IT sector, I believe we should get in touch with them

You asked some specific questions earlier to which, I think, at least some folks around here honestly tried to give answers and clarification. I believe you spoke with starsun as well.
To use your own logic, this is a grassroots org with no big PR agenda or "welcoming" department as of now because there is just not enough grassroots participation. But isnt it unfair to transfer blame to this platform for you not being given enough info, even before reaching out to someone like starsun and asking about whats going on? I hope that the information helped you to "trust" this IV platform, as you pointed out in your hedge fund example

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to updated you all. I got the Recovery Rebate tax credit for 2008 filing even for my H4 dependant child. I filed my taxes online with a status of Filing Jointly with my Spouse. Both my spouse and I have SSNs as we have our EADs (status being Adjustment of Status- filed I-485-awaiting approval) but my qualifying child does not have SSN as he is still on H4. I added his name using his ITIN and got back the following Rebates:
$600 (my spouse - have SSN) + $600 (myself - have SSN) + $300 (my child - has only ITIN) = $1500.00 amount deposited on April 3rd 2009.
Please calculate your Recovery Rebate Credit by going to the IRS 2008 Recovery Rebate Credit Calculator.
Let me know if you have any comments/question on my update.

I had another BAD experience while stamping. VFS emailed me that my 2 kids ( 4 months and 3 years ) kids cannot enter consulate while me and my wife go for h1b / h4. and main thing is they are US citizen .. I replied that and still got same answer. BUT on day of interview we kept our kids with us and we were given 1 st priority in line. Even when VO asked about kids immigration status and their status next thing was UR VISA HAS BEEN GRANTED. I complained against VFS and got call back from consulate within 24 hrs and they promised to take action against person who relied that US citizen cannot enter consulate.

Get it fixed. Like someone suggested, go to the airport immigration department and tell that the officer put in a wrong date. Ask for help. Get letter from employer, Attorney etc...

when i contacted my congressmen's aide she said there were many cases this fall with this problem in San Diego itself... But when i started compiling list hardly there were 40 all over USA. I am not sure why many of us are worried that if we speak out our cases are in jeopardy... Unless we come out of this mis perception its not easy to succeed... Many people who have reported when it came to providing receipt numbers, names didnt even bother to reply me back... I didnt mind but that doesnt solve the problem. Only when IV reported they did take this as a action item... we can use these type of notes in future as proof of problem... and will help all.

question 1) If a position requires an MS degree, then a BS w/5 yrs 'progressive' expreience may be considered as equivalent. Is the converse true? If the job position requires a BS w/5yrs 'progressive' experience, is a MS considered equivalent?? It does sound simple, but i havnt seen it stated anywhere that the two are reciprocal!!
question 2) Can the part time research assistant experience gained during masters degree be used to for the EB-2 eligibility

Don't take online MS as it is a waste of your money and is not recognised. I mean hiring mgrs can see that you did online and there won't be any value to it. My suggestion would be switch to F1 complete ur studies and get a job or else wait till ur GC, do full time MS/MBA and then go for a job.

Do we need to have seperate covering letters for primary application and spouse (dependent).
How do we seperate primary application documents from dependent documents? any color sperators or staple the docs?
which color seperator do your suggest?
Do we need to place check for each application 485, 131, 325 at the start of each or can we place all checks of a applicant in sigle location?
Where do we enter I140 recipt number in 485 applications, Is it that we need to provide a copy of 140 recipt as part of application docs and USCIS will manage accoridngly.

What is being seen here is an extreme irrational response, which will lead to nothing. Still if people feel that sending flowers will help they should do it (although if anybody feels this will actually change how the USCIS functions, they are either extremely naive or highly delusional)

We are responding to an injustice done to us in an unorthodox way and I believe that if enough people participate... it will be news enough for the media to cover this story! Once again... this is not for USCIS to change their minds! This is to embarrass them in front of the public!

We do not know what the outcome of this endeavor will be but we are at least doing something! None of these people are delusional or irrational! It is you who are delusional if you wait for something to happen and hope that "that something" will be favorable to you.
There may be senators or AILA for instance trying to react to this decision by USCIS... that doesn't mean that you don't act!
