My posts at IV is to help IV and its members to be on the virtual vigil and to achieve IVs stated goals. I firmly beleive my threads and posts generally have a very positive comments from real IV members.
It is clearly members like chiecoli (http://www.nclex-rn.net/nclex/messages2006a/132169.html) that are really upset.
Short of substance and material. Let me know if I can be of help from my skills, research and ability.

Nope I didn't mention anything about being the proud donor etc. in my first post. You are the one who wrote the comment to my post in the most indecent and disrespectful way, bringing the point of donor. I am EB-3 ROW PD 2007 Aug. Reading all the Eb-3 I people's angry, I started to wonder what's gonna happen to the EB-3 ROW. Seems like if lots of Eb3-I change to EB2-I , They will probably eat up all the Spillover from Eb1, EB2 ROW from now on. That makes EB-3 ROW and EB-3 I become the same boat.
Is it what gonna happened? and think about how many people can afford to spend an extra 10k to change the status from EB-3 to EB-2? That's totally not fair. We need to take action all EB-3 ers!!!!!!

What freedom and justice you are talking about? The folks on this forum are not responsible for you misery. So stop venting you frustation here. Though, I sympathize with you situtation but unfortuantely the whole legal system is unfair.
What we have done here is a good start, soon we will lobby for passing of SKIL bill . And the day is not far when you too will be benefitted by these efforts
Are you the guy who came up with a stupid idea of creating an entire thread for banning people? You probably don't even know the definition of Freedom and Injustice and you say you studied in US (did you pass?). and hey my earlier post was not a response to you.

Hi,
I have filed my H1 (premium processing)on 26th Sep and till now I didn't receive my H1 receipt.
What could be the reasons and how i Can track about my case.
Can I track my case? is there some number where i can call discuss about my case why I didn't receive my receipt
My Lawyer called the USCIS and they are saying that they are not able to generate the receipt number?
Is somebody else faced the same issue? what could be done now?

I flew Air France once in 2003. My connecting flight from Paris to Delhi got delayed by 12 hours. When I approached the Air France staff, they told me that since I had an Indian passport, I would have to wait out the entire time in the transit area. Meanwhile, they proceeded to make arrangements for other non-Indian passengers. They even refused to acknowledge my attempts to reason with them, either not replying to me, or replying only in French. I filed a formal complaint afterwards, but never got a reply.
I have travelled on numerous times since then, but never with Air France. I don't even consider them as an option anymore.

However, are the opportunities out there ? That's the question.
The US Immigration Law is a nightmare.
Couple of years ago, I migrated to Australia.
The Australian laws are very clean and straight forward. There is only one application form with some very simple question and detailed instructions. Just fill up the form, enclose the necessary documents and fees. That's it. You are done. In due time they will let you know "YES" or "NO".
There is no need to feed fat-belly hungry sharks called "Immigration Attorneys" (of course there are exceptions).
Once your case is approved, you and your family are eligible for the all the rights (except Vioting Power) enjoyed by any Australian Citizen.
Once accepted, there is no official discrimination.
Here the US Government cries about anti-discrimination, human rights etc, but those are only eye-wash. They should take lessons from the Australians.

Senator Frist Bill's bill excluded the controversial Temporary Guest Worker Program and Earned Adjustment of Status of Illegal Alien Program. Does it mean it is the end of these programs in the Senate? Nope! Frist's bill would go directly to the full Senate, but reportedly he said he would allow Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Arlen Specter, R-Pa., to substitute a committee bill if Specter's panel can approve one by March 27. Otherwise, the majority leader will stick to a strict, two-week schedule to finish work on what he conceded would be "as challenging a bill as any we'll have to address this year." Senator Bill Frist certainly has dropped a bombshell, making his colleagues totally stunned, but there is a good chance that the Temporary Guest Worker Program and the Earned Adjustment Program eventually adopted by the Judiciary Committee on Monday, March 27, 2006 and the Committee's final compromise bill put on the center stage on the floor of the Senate.
The good news is that for the gain of politics or not, the comprehensive immigration reform legislation may move fairly in good pace to some observer's surprise. Legal immigration and employment-based immigration reform are clinging on the edge of the politics involving on these two issues.

Don't waste time by calling National Call service center. They all are dumb !! They don't know anything. They just read the on line status of our case, which 8 year kid can do.
I asked it as a general question the last 2 times I called. And you're right, they do seem quite clueless for the most part. God only knows.

Guys while thinking more about this... why not approach EEOC and it will be cheaper. The commission was created to protect employee's rights.
Someone with EB2 from 2004 or EB3 from 2001 should be able to convince EEOC that he was forced to have same or similar jobs for a long time because of long wait for green card while at the same time people from other countries did not have any such hinderances in their career advancement. Therefore, the country quota in employment based green card category leads to discrimation at work.
